Using Degree Works

Get to know Degree Works

Helping you keep your study progress on track.

Degree Works is a practical course advising and degree tracking tool that details all aspects of your program planning to help you stay focused on your studies. It works in collaboration with our student information system, so your academic records are synchronized and organized for you.

We are also able to identify your program requirements, chart individualized educational plans that include your completed courses and highlight those you still need to complete to finish your degree.

The tool allows you receive the academic advice you need to succeed and our advisors to help you dynamically along the way!

With the help of Degree Works, you can:

  • track progress towards degree completion
  • create detailed educational plans
  • clearly lay out individual program requirements
  • avoid choosing unnecessary courses
  • calculate GPAs based on current and future courses and grades

Degree Works is available through the my星空影视portal under the "Manage your program" section.

Degree Works is available to all undergraduate program students who have enrolled in a degree, diploma, or university certificate at Athabasca University since September 2010. You will not see your program details in the student view of the Degree Works worksheet until your admission status is finalized and your evaluation of transfer credit (if applicable) is complete.

All student information is confidential. Your information is available only to those who need access to it for their roles and responsibilities at the university.

You should contact your advisors with any questions about the information on the worksheet or about the program itself.

Students cannot register for courses in Degree Works. To register for a course, you will need to log in to your my星空影视account and click on Register in a Course under Manage Your Courses on the left-hand side of the screen.

The information in Degree Works is updated nightly.
