When submitting a course registration, and to accommodate your start date, please ensure your paperwork and full payment is received no later than the 10th of the month. Be sure to declare any necessary prerequisites or have professor approval in place (if required) by the cut-off or you will be registered for the next available start date.
Students who are full-time funded through government student loans should communicate directly with Student Financial Aid regarding extensions and withdrawals, as your funding may be affected. The below extension and withdrawal forms are NOT to be used by full-time government funded students.
