Jocelyn Smith is the Coordinator, Student Services in the Faculty of Science and Technology. She brings 25 years of experience in the post‑secondary sector, including almost 6 years with Athabasca University, where she has developed deep expertise in learner support, academic advising processes, and student service coordination within online and open learning environments.
In her role, Jocelyn provides leadership in the delivery of student‑focused services across the faculty. She supports learners by facilitating access to academic advising resources, interpreting program requirements, and assisting with course planning and academic progression.
